Discover the wonders of the universe with astronomer Dr Tanya Hill.
Explore a feature of Melbourne’s night sky each month, stargaze through telescopes* guided by a fantastic team of amateur astronomers, put your questions forward for a lively Q&A and catch up on the latest astronomical news. Be prepared to discover a grand appreciation for the awe-inspiring cosmos that we live in. The Planetarium’s galaxy bar will open from 7pm, serving drinks and light snacks such as cheese boards.
Stargazing
Stargazing with telescopes is available anytime from 7pm to 9:30pm, weather permitting.
